- Farming is my passion, plain and simple. I grew up in Connecticut. After a few years in New York City, a 5,500 mile bicycle ride across the United States, and a year spent farming vegetables for someone else, I am back in CT starting a farm of my own.

- One of my chickens roasted with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roasted beets and turnips. Mixed baby greens salad with gala apple.
