Fill in the blank:
Future Farmer Riding His Bicycle Around The World
A bit about me:
A mid-twenty something currently living and working (the lighting guy for the Howard Stern Show "Sussy") in NY City. April 2011 my wife Kate and I leave the city behind and head West on our bicycles visiting and working organic and sustainable farms along the way. I love photography, writing, cycling, cooking, working farms, wood working, and pretty much anything else.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Wok-seared Salmon with rosemary mashed potatoes, sauteed Asian vegetables, and a simple cabbage and apple salad.
Currently reading:
The Jungle by Upton Sinclair
Currently listening to:
Depends on the mood of the apartment, sometimes it's 70's, sometimes it rock, sometimes it's all acoustic. My Sirius radio lets me choose what I am in the mood for. (This is not a shameless plug for the company, I just happen to like my radio.)
My latest DIY project:
Getting rid of all our possessions and moving in with my in-laws for a few month before leaving on a bicycle trip around the world that will last over 2 years. I have been planning, packing, researching, networking, etc.. to prepare.
Our website details our actions surrounding our trip. http://foodcyclist.com
