I'm a mom to two girls, 7 and 5, and I'm navigating the parenting thing as best I can. I have backyard chickens and a modest garden that I love, tomatoes are my favorite crop. I spend a lot of time supporting my children's teachers now that my girls are entering the school system.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Latest meal... chicken strips, grean bean and black eyed pea salad, raw veggies. Greatest meal... mmm... I make a mean chicken and dumplings. But really... it depends on who you ask in my house... my kids are at the "eewww" stage. We're working on gratitude around here.
