Dirt Under My Fingernails City Slicker with a farm in NC
A bit about me:
I'm an obsessive gardener, into fermented foods, cooking, preserving food one way or another. I make all my own bread and hope to build an earth oven soon. Always working on a lap quilt too.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
All made by hand - whole wheat pasta with pesto and borlotti beans served with sourdough baguette and nibby buckwheat butter cookies for dessert.
