A bit about me:
I grow my own lettuce, arugula, green onions, tomatoes, broccoli and bok choi. In tubes. so I don't have to bend down to week.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
pasta fresca: Fresh picked, very ripe tomatoes, blanched briefly to skin, mixed with lots of parsley, garlic and olive oil. Let it sit for 2 hours. made fresh pasta, cooked, drained, put the tomato mix in the same pot, heated for 2 minutes, add baby clams with shells, pour over pasta. enjoy
