Preserving Fruit Juice

I need some information.  We bought a box of pineapples from our local co-op and decided to make juice with the cuttings.  Now I can't find a recipe to preserve the juice without having to freeze them.  I don't know if I can water bath the jars or if I need to pressure cook them.  Can someone please help me?  I have 7 1/2 quarts of juice that I need to preserve. Thanks so much,JeanieSee More

Hi, Jeanie. Welcome to HOMEGROWN! My name is Jennifer, and I'm the flock tender here (site updater and tweaker, feeder and waterer of content). I love the philosophy that every meal is the latest and greatest. And I love that you guys cook every night. I try to, too, but I find it so much easier in the summer and fall, while our farm share is bursting with goodies; it always seems harder in the winter—but that’s why HOMEGROWN is here, to keep us inspired! Here on the site, you can always find the latest additions at the top of the homepage, and if you’ve ever got questions, please don't hesitate to leave a comment on my profile page or shoot me a message. I hope you feel right at home!
