A bit about me:
I am 27 years old started home gardening about 2 1/2 years ago. I was 350lbs and sick of eating unhealthy produce. I started growing plants on my balcony in San Diego with this cool new vertical garden that my Dad bought for me. I had never tried to grow my own food, but soon found out how easy it was and that i was great at it. Now i am a 150lbs lighter and much happier than I have ever been and its all thanks to homegrown foods. I would like to share how a person with only a Balcony or no greenspace can grow a substantial amount of food and quite fast.

Stir-fried Kale,mushrooms,tomatoes,squash,carrots, broccoli
with grilled Mahi-Mahi and Toasted Quinoa with a greek salad.
