What kind of HOMEGROWN are you?
Dirt Under My Fingernails City Slicker
A bit about me:
I'm a diabetic on the path to a healthier lifestyle. I am also a live music junkie and I refuse to grow up. I love growing my own veggies, traveling, and all animals. I have 2 sons that grew up eating fresh foods from my in-law's garden and we all loved gathering around and helping shuck corn, shell peas, etc. I thank my current hubby for reminding me of the many benefits of growing things ...
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Swiss steak made with my homegrown tomatoes and peppers over whole wheat noodles.
Currently reading:
Stephen King novel
Currently listening to:
Everything from Willie Nelson to NIN ...
My latest DIY project:
Getting our daylilies ready for spring
Web site I recommend:
