I'm a country girl---aged 69
I've been a gardener of sorts, and I've canned cherries and jams, rhubarb and pickles (a variety, including green tomato pickles). I'm kinda afraid of pressure cookers of any kind so would prefer not! Years ago I knew some people who canned all the fish they cot in the oven but I didn't get the instructions on paper and have since forgot what they were. I was hoping you could help me with that and in canning wild game my husband gets. Please
