A bit about me:
I’m a graphic designer at my family’s printing business but have always been interested in cooking with whole ingredients. I am starting up my health and wellness business currently to help people reverse the metabolic disease that’s become so prevalent.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Simply was greens and herbs from my local CSA with local flat iron steaks cooked in my air fryer, topped with butter and spring onions. Then a small bowl with local bottled pear sauce and a touch of local maple syrup.

Using my dehydrator for the first to make a green superfood powder from the greens I’m getting from my CSA. Trying out herbs and green parts of spring onion too.
