We're four retired women, 2 are retired cops, 2 are related, one is called "Mom", and she has adopted all of us. Three are from an island in Lake Erie (Put-In-Bay), and one is from Oregon.We all live together in a good-sized house in the middle of the desert in SW Utah on 10 acres of tumbleweed and sand.Over the past 7 years, we've been building our soil on about .1 acre and now have a Certified Organic Status. - Four retired women who live in the middle of the Utah desert.
- A bit about me:
- We are all retired (2 were career cops), who are reinventing our lives on our little 10 acres in the middle of the SW Utah desert. We raise Certified Organic produce and also raise lambs for Saudi students and other locals. Most recently, we're raising goats for milk and cheese, with a full cheese project in the planning stages.

- Mom and Bev made stuffed pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and garlic cheese biscuits.

- Installing 2 20x52 double covered hoop houses as well as extending electric and water service. This includes relocating the main service/meter panel, and trenching nearly 300 feet at least 24 and sometimes 30 inches deep.
