I raise 800 sq foot of organic veggies year round in the Phoenix Arizona desert. I have rabbits for meat and hens for eggs, broilers for meat. I barter for raw milk to make butter and kefir with. I also barter for raw honey. I grind my own grains for bread and can local fruit.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Chicken enchiladas with home grown chicken and tomatillos. Of coarse salad from the garden, lemon bars for desert made from local lemons.
