I’m enjoying retirement with my husband of 40+ years and children and grandchildren nearby. Cary Garden Club and Central Carolina Chrysanthemum Society activities and projects are a fun way to learn more about gardening. I’m an advocate for reduce, reuse and recycle and working on reducing plastic use.

Growing hops on a rope trellis from my deck to a limb on a 70 some year old oak - about 25 feet up. The dry weather has been a challenge this summer
