A bit about me:: vegetarian. formerly working in documentary, but disillusioned with current paradigm, want to learn new skills for a new relationship to earth and food. local, organic. love all animals, cats especially. believe in health through nutrition. love to cook. world should seek happiness in connection/relatedness. wish for increased compassion and empathy in the world. hope to add yoga, meditation and exploration of creativity (arts&crafts) to my life.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: potato & leek soup, bulgur w/mixed vegetables and turmeric, cauliflower au gratin, tzatziki.
