Pat Johnson replied to Carla Tucker's discussion 'Weck Canning jars?' in the group Food Preservation
"I saw some on Ebay. A set of 4 cost $19.95 (5 bucks for each jar). The price scared me off but they sure are pretty. I wish they were more widely available so the "used" markey would be better/cheaper."

Lynda Reynolds replied to Carla Tucker's discussion 'Weck Canning jars?' in the group Food Preservation
"Aren't they beautiful jars? I wanted to get some...but they are pretty pricey and then shipping is expensive, too. I saw them on Craigs List once and could kick myself for not getting them."

Fill in the blank:
Guess I'm mostly a wannabe! :)
A bit about me:
Planning a move to rural Oregon from the big city Desert of Phoenix Arizona
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Last night we had garlic and peppercorn rubbed roast beef, served medium rare. On the side were local baby turnips, english cucumber slices and (unknown origin!) asparagus. We made ice cream from raw milk and cream after dinner...
