A November Giveaway!

I just thought I would throw this out to any who might be interested, but I'm hosting a giveaway on my blog: www.lifeatmennageriefarm.blogspot.com Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds very generously donated a copy of their new book, 'The Heirloom Life Gardener', for me to give away to one lucky person, and I know there are a lot of gardeners on here, so I thought I would give the word out! :) More info is available on the blog site.See More

A bit about me:
Goats are my love in life. All other animals are a close second though... I use mine for dairy, meat, draft and companionship. My herd/farm name is Goat Song, and many people call me just that: Goat Song. I call myself a "grass farmer", as I farm in Joel Salatin style on 1.3 acres of land. I'm working my way towards getting land of my own, and hope to someday be self-sufficient, as well as off-grid. It's a grand ride.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Braised rabbit, with a side dish of butter sauteed kale, mushrooms and onions that have been sprinkled liberally with garlic salt. Dessert is a roasted acorn squash, sweetened with maple syrup. Oh yeah...
