What kind of HOMEGROWN are you?: Earth Mama

A bit about me:: Just retired from a career that I have loved, intensive care oncology, nursing. Now I am devoting my time to my herbs and gardens and cooking from the bounty.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: Homemade pizza with garden veggies gathered right before cooking: roasted hot peppers, onions, chard, cherrie tomatoes, green and yellow peppers,mushrooms, all covered in goat cheese and homemade mozzerella.

Currently reading:: An Everlasting Meal - Cooking with Economy and Grace - by Alice Waters.

Currently listening to:: Yo Yo Ma's Goat Rodeo
