A bit about me:: Growing up Italian I learned how important food is and how to prepare delicious meals! My mom taught me to never skimp on what goes into my stomach. Eating well is the highlight of my day.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: Oven baked pork chops with mango chutney, roasted yellow beets, baked spud, mustard brussel sprouts and my dad's basil & tomatoes. Now I'm hungry!
