mini-CSA

hi there, my friend and her boyfriend are helping us in the garden this year in exchange for some of the yummies grown. i think of it as our "Bedarf Mini-CSA"! They have already helped us rebuild the fence, amend with compost, trellis raspberries and generally just help keep order. does anyone else have experience with something like this, and how to split the proceeds?
