Fill in the blank:: just moved to the country and am getting back to basics!

A bit about me:: I'm a married mother of two. Have just bought an acreage and am trying to become more self-sufficient and self-sustaining. Have horses, chickens, pigs, dogs, cats, and am looking into a Jersey cow!
