Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Rolled leg of lamb with shallot gremolata, roasted new potatoes, asparagus with butter and Meyer lemon zest, peas with mint chiffonade, strawberry Pavlova for dessert and tulips on the table. Spring most definitely sprung.
