It's been about a month since we've planted them, we didn't finish the tunnel in time for early fall planting

Wizard, another HOMEGROWN member, just sent me a recipe for a dessert turnip pie, and I've got turnips on the menu for dinner tonight. Must be turnip week at HOMEGROWN. When will you harvest these? And any chance you've got favored turnip recipes you'd be game for sharing?

They are tillable turnips, we will be opening the roll up sides in February so the frost will kill them and put organic matter in and open the soil up for ease of planting brambles this spring
