Radishes!

Say Hello! to these glorious globes of radish root that I pulled from my raised-bed garden on 5/26/2010, some 35 days after sowing. Bright white flesh is juicy, crisp, and mildly hot.

The one square foot of garden dedicated to radishes will probably yield another three or four similar bunches. Quite prolific.
