Homemade pickling- cucumbers grown by us
Ok pickled as in vinegar, never heard of that with those veggies. But it looks like a great way to preserve veggie soups.
Pickled cauliflower, carrots, onion, garlic and peppers! They are for eating as well, you can pretty much pickle any vegetable you want. That is one of my favorite combinations :)
