Apricot Pie Filling, plum jelly, apricot jelly, green beans, and strawberry jelly....the nectarine jelly was still in the canner...but yes, it makes beautiful jelly.

I'm more of a jam girl than a jelly girl, but wow, I love looking at all those beautiful jars! That is an insane amount of apricots.
