Market fresh meal #2

We rented a small apartment, which was very affordable. Our daughter was studying abroad on scholarship - she stayed with us and wanted mama's cooking! This is a meal I made with limited pots and equipment but with everything fresh I could find at the market in Vienna.
Apricots are their specialty produce!
