Looking at this pic tells me I gotta get back into making bread (and makes me think I could go for a slice right about now with a touch o' jam, preferably raspberry or boysenberry). Think I'll get some sourdough starter going this morning. Ever slash the top? Looks like a good sized loaf. Do you brush with oil, water, butter? Curious.
