No fall garden this year since I am in the midst of building a farm house on my homestead in preparation to move there in the next few months.

My wife and I are building a Tiny House (www.tinyrevolution.us) to be put here on our square acre in Pink Hill. I love that you are downsizing. I ever get over Pigsah way (which I should as we enjoy a weekend at the Biltmore every few years) I am gonna stop by and check things out!

Welcome to Home Grown. My house is 900 sf heated plus the screened porch and deck. Under the house is all open so there is no closed in area. I have concrete blocks on three walls under the kitchen and poured a slab so maybe I'll finish closing it in later. I am using open cell foam insulation under the house and in the roof rafters and designed it to maximize passive solar gain in winter with shade awnings for summer sun. 1) What size will it end up being?
2) Did you use any sustainable building materials/ideas?
3) Is that a basement or a root cellar or both?
4) Any interior pics yet?
