I harvested the cress for a few months and finally it got out of hand. I picked all the leaves and composted the rest. All told, I'll stick to growing lettuce indoors instead of other greens. The cress in particular was hard to harvest and didn't yield. Lettuce seems to thrive in my mini-planter setting, so it will be grown exclusively henceforth.

Love all of these photos, love your experimentation, and love that you're learning by doing! (OK, but I especially love your baby arugula. YUM!)
