Dried Beans

Harvested several types of dried beans this year: Hutterite, Black Coco, Pinto, Black Turtle and Kidney beans. Because we had a dry fall, mold was not and issue. I am still drying my black garbanzos, but my harvest was pretty small. Would love to hear from anyone with recipes for the black garbanzos.
