My first attempt at making blackberry jam was a miserable failure. I was nearly in tears.
Have you tried again since? I hope so! I'd be glad to talk you through it.
I have not! I was rather devastated, to say the least! I think I really screwed up the fruit to sugar ratio, and cooked it WAY TOO LONG. I was also trying to convert pounds to cups, and that was yet another factor in this tragic event.
