Richard: I'm not the most reliable source because I tend to think anything I grow myself is delicious, but if memory serves (this was from last year's haul), it was great. I cut it into chunks and used it in a few different dishes over the course of a few days, including one of these, I think.
So I found one zucchini similar in size to that in my garden this year. My wife told me to give it away to friends because it won't taste good. Is that a fact?
Thanks, Jason. I'll admit: I'm pretty proud of it myself—although it may be the only one I get this year. I think the plant put all of its hopes and dreams and energy into this baby.
That has to be one of the best looking zucchini i have ever seen.
