Raised bed garden in spring 2011.

These are a few photos from our raised bed garden project that we built in our back yard last year (2011). Initially the beds were filled with extra soil from our yard (very sandy), coffee grinds that we acquired from starbucks, organic matter from our kitchen, leaves, grass clippings, peat moss, and composted manure.
