we planted really early last yr and got two harvests off these beauties. the second was not as good as the first but they were perfect soup material!!

Comment by Liz Funk on February 20, 2013 at 9:41pm Oooh, there was purple kale and cauliflower at the market this week, I think I will have to make a special trip back and make your purple soup :) Good luck with your snow peas this year, I will be planting early as well in hopes to get two crops, sometimes I can squeeze another one in in the beginning of September.

Comment by Nickole Eastman on January 11, 2013 at 6:01pm Y sure. im used to just cutting tossing in the pot, boil and season to taste but i can whip up a recipe this weekend. i plan on making some soup. i shall write it down and share. i know that all my soups are usually a huge hit with my family and friends. im also known for making some killer purple soup!! because i love this site so much i shall share my soup making secrets with u !!
