These are pink oyster mushrooms. I bought the kit for $20 from fungi.com . I like those guys, but it took three rounds before I got a batch of hay that was not contaminated with mold. I've harvest about 2lbs of mushrooms off the first batch. It is now struggling to produce a second since the weather has gotten colder and dryer. They did great in the warm August monsoon season of southern New Mexico.
I recommend trying blue oyster mushrooms now that the weather is getting cooler.
