Share 'Perfecting the Formula'
January 25, 2012. Andrea and I worked on perfecting the Hot Sauce recipe. We gave a call to Cornell Food Science and have begun the process of making sure we're doing everything the right way. In 3 weeks we'll send our formula over to the good people at Cornell and they'll analyze the ph, check the shelf-life, and rate our overall performance (with respect to food safety).
