Octoberfests! My 2nd Octoberfest (a Märzen) is ready and it came in at 8.3% alc.! I'm a big fan of Märzens and this one is fantastic!

Congrats on the Marzen not an easy one to produce! may I ask How many months you lagered that bad boy ? Ill be drink'n Dunkelweizen this month my self!

we we're in a hurry - 1 month lager. Turned out pretty good, but as always, we cant wait to brew again and refine.
