Kefir & Kombucha sharing circle

I want to start a sharing circle for probiotic starters such as Kombucha and Kefir.  There are a few resources online, but I thought I'd open up something to HomeGrowners, as it seems that this site seems to attract less flighty folks.

I'm just getting started in my efforts to make Kefir at home, and am not 'all-in' just yet.  I just know my body really likes the stuff, and I make all kinds of things, so why not make my own kefir?
