I'm curious if anyone knows any healthy granola bar recipes, ones that don't have butter (ugh), low in sugar, that bind well and make good bars.

Here is a link from my blog to the recipe I use...no butter, agave, and 1/2 cup of sugar.  My family loves them!

Hey, that looks GOOD, Wendy. A quarter-cup of butter isn't too bad, is it, Torry? :) I probably wouldn't be as tasty, but I imagine you could leave it out...
thanks! I have a few other recipes "in the hopper" but haven't gotten around to making yet.

On the HOMEGROWN Facebook page, Meghan just shared this recipe from 101 Cookbooks that uses brown rice cereal and coconut oil (a "good fat" butter alternative)
