hello there... i've been brewing my own kombucha for some time with no
problems.... i used to be able to drink up the whole batch fairly
quickly. my kombucha would be refrigerated in (loosely capped) bottles
for two weeks or so on average. but these days i'm not drinking as much
kombucha... my last batch was brewed more than a month ago and i am
wondering if anyone knows how long it is good for? it smells and
tastes normal but with no fizz... aside from getting sick, what is the
shelf life to maintain health benefits? thanks so much internet friends!
