You could dry the peel and slices of the tangerine and add to your teas at a later date. I used orange peel and slices in my green tea herbal blends and it is delicious! Why not with tangerines? Get a hit of vitamin C in those winter months when we need it!
I'd just can them.
One of the best uses for us is canned fruit that is sorta mushed. We use it as a yogurt topping.
You could also make juice. Extracts or cordials.
Toppings for coffee cake.
Relish yeah those flavors would be great on pork or ham.
Maybe even a sauce for oriental cooking ?
I like the suggestion for using in tea.
Then there's potpourri.
Or you could barter.
