Karen Solomon is one of our favorite cookbook authors and we never miss her workshops in The HOMEGROWN Village at Maker Faire (Uh, Bacon-making? Yeah!)
Last year she wrote an article about holding a baby food swap and I've had it bookmarked since I found out I was pregnant. Now, our boy is eating solids like a champ and I'm ready! I've held soup swaps in the past, and the process is pretty much the same. We've introduced him to solids with guidance from Baby Led Weaning, so I'd need to invite other BLW-practicing parents to participate.
Have you ever hosted or been to a baby food swap? How did it go? I'll report back after ours!
