Celebrate “culture” in agriculture & share skills like growing, cooking, canning

I've never made cheese and I'm interested in learning. Any book recommendations for a newbie? Thanks!

Hi Rebecca,
The best book in the whole world of cheesemaking (in my opinion) is Ricki Carroll's book. Here's the link to her site: http://www.cheesemaking.com/
On her site you can find everything you need and more. : )

Enjoy, and good luck!
I wholeheartedly second Ricki's great book. She also sells supplies for cheesemaking and has helped home and small-scale cheesemakers for almost 3 decades.
