I love me a plain old fillet, cooked in a hot cast iron skillet till barely done, lightly salted. When your fish is so good, that's all it takes.
But.... sometimes I do hanker for something a little different. Sweet and Sour Salmon and Broccoli Stir Fry? Thai Coconut Curry with Salmon, Fresh Basil and Lime? Homemade Egg Noodles with Butter, Salmon and Parmesan?
