Hi everyone! This group is definitely right up my alley! You can never have enough tutelage and words of wisdom about doing it yourself. Hope to learn from you and share tips I've picked up along the way.

Erin, If you need to repeat the treatment it should have said so in the instructions and advised you that you would have to buy the product twice! Too many manufacturers count on the consumer to just roll over and buy it again, and again. Good for you for standing up for yourself. Hopefully Spectracide will give you a coupon for a free second treatment. I'd be willing to bet they don't change the product or instructions. It's more profitable to handle the few "Erins" of the world that stand up for themselves than to do right by everyone.

I just find it really stupid that they want you to re-use a product that obviously didn't take in the first place...

LMAO! Ok, that may have made my morning. Specifically the foggers for fleas, roaches and flies. I gave an accepatable limit for the stuff to work because I know its not going to do everything in 24 hours, but really after a couple days, I see more of the things everywhere. I messaged them (because there's no phone #) for a refund and they told me I needed to wait a couple weeks and do it again... After another note back, they gave me an address to send in the UPC code and the receipt...

Erin, can you be more specific. Which Spectracide product didn't work for you. I use their fire-ant killer and it seems to do OK. I also use their stump remover cause it's made with 100% Saltpeter. I can't say if it does or does not kill stumps, but it does make good corned beef!

so much is thrown away by everyone if you become a person who makes something out of nothinfg people will automatically ask you if you want stuff be imaginative, and use it up, find an outlet and be creative
