Carbonate anything easily with the following steps..... 1. Drill a 1/2" hole in the center of a screw-on soda bottle lid.
2. Pull a tire valve stem through it with a pair of plyers (so you don't mess up the threads on the valve stem)
3. Fill any size soda bottle that the lid will fit to about where the neck of the bottle starts to slope inwards (about 3 inches from the top)
4. Chill it
5. Put the top on and presurize it with CO2
6. Shake it vigorously to allow the CO2 to go into solution
7. presurize it and shake it a couple more times to ensure the carbonization level is where you want it.
8. Store it just like you would any other carbonated drink
9. You can represurize the bottles if you do not use all the contents at one time.
10. Us this process to make seltzer water from plain water, Soda from any sweetened drik (like Koolade), Sparkling Wine from regular wine.....
