Mountain Rose Herbs www.mountainroseherbs.com - I purchase nearly all my bulk spices, coconut oil, and tea from them. Everything is fair trade and/or organic and/or responsibly wild-crafted. They rock.

Or, join Azure Standard www.azurestandard.com - where I get almost all my bulk grains, legumes, and seeds, as well as other assorted items. You have to join (for free) to see their prices, but if there is a drop point in your area there is no charge for shipping on any order over $50.

Or Amazon. Their prices vary a lot, but they are only about a dollar more for 3 lbs of organic chia seeds than Azure right now.
