Agribusiness and how it is effecting the Farmers

I have recently come across a few articles that say that lobbyist strong arm the EPA to lighten the pressure for Agribusinesses. What do they do for the farmers of today? I also found a study that shows how much money these agribusinesses sends to Republicans. Can someone please explain to me how the agribusinesses have affected your company or someone you know, and what lobbying company is responsible for persuading the EPA?
