A hands-on four week course, given once a week for four hours, designed for those who have faced serious illness, their caregivers or family wanting to learn how to create delicious meals with an emphasis on healing foods and basic whole food nutrition.

Our four weeks include:
*Setting up your Healing Foods Pantry
Come spend time in the bountiful organic gardens picking fruits and greens. Relax with tea and company, while learning about nutrition. Help prepare a light organic lunch to be enjoyed by the class. Recipes and information and continued support are available.
